Baba Bhagwat Rai Degree Mahavidhyalay, Telhua, Nautan, West Champaran is a Constituent Unit of B. R. A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, imparting Under-Graduate teaching in the Faculty of Arts, Science and Commerce.
